Chilipick is operated by legal entity / name and address as in the Impressum ("we"). These terms apply to your use of chilipick.de and the Chilipick app.
2. Who Chilipick is for
Chilipick is for founders and companies using it for business purposes. It is not offered to consumers. confirm B2B-only; otherwise consumer rules (e.g. withdrawal right) apply
3. What you get
Chilipick uses AI to analyse public information and suggests investors, competitors, customers and contacts that may fit your company. The free plan includes a limited number of results. Paid plans and single purchases unlock more, as shown in the app at the time you buy. Getting started is free.
During early access, parts of the app may show example results, which are marked as such.
4. AI results
Results are generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not investment, legal or financial advice. Please check important points before relying on them. A match does not mean an investor will invest or wants to be contacted.
5. Fair use
Use Chilipick for your own company. Don't resell results, scrape the service, use it to send spam, or contact people in ways that break applicable law (including data protection and anti-spam rules).
6. Intro Round
If you opt in, we may show your startup profile (and your pitch deck, if you added one) to investors whose focus fits yours. We don't guarantee introductions, meetings or funding. You can switch the Intro Round off at any time.
7. Paid plans
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime with effect from the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Founding Member prices stay the same as long as your subscription runs without interruption. payment provider, invoicing, refunds
